Jeg tilbyder undervisning for studerende i medierne om, hvordan man arbejder på en måde, der ikke styrker fordomme og stereotyper ved at skabe mangfoldig, inklusiv og præcis journalistik og kommunikation.
Jeg tilbyder workshops og innovation til journalister og NGO fra min metode "Inkluderende journalistik".
Jeg er også foredragsholder på konferencer.
METODE TIL INKLUSION OG DIVERSITET I JOURNALISMEN
Jeg har udviklet metoden “Inclusive Journalism”.
Metoden giver værktøjer til at skabe inklusion og mangfoldighed i journalistik og kommunikation.
Klassiske journalistiske arbejdsmetoder risikerer at forstærke fordomme og stereotyper i samfundet, der kan marginalisere og udelukke mennesker.
Ved at skabe nuanceret og forskelligartet journalistik kan medierne give indsigt og derved understøtte tillid og forståelse mellem mennesker på tværs af sociale opdelinger, etnicitet og køn.
LOTTE ROSDAHL
Lotte Rosdahl er en dansk ekspert i inklusiv journalistik og kommunikation. Hun er rådgiver, lærer og foredragsholder om emnet og forfatter til en bog om metoden Inclusive Journalism. Bogen er endnu kun på dansk.
Lotte er medstifter af Nordic Forum for Social Responsibility in Journalism på Tampere University.
Hun har vundet priser for innovative medier med fokus på inklusion, brobygning og mangfoldighed.

The method Inclusive journalism provides the media with tools to support the UN's global goals while retaining its role as the watchdog of society. This is achieved by creating understanding and trust across national borders, cultures, environments, groups, social divisions, age, ethnicity, religion, gender, etc. This builds the foundation for giving people equal opportunities to develop and obtain a good life.
